Information for Presenters
Presentations
Each workshop presenter will have a 20 min slot for their talk,
followed by an 8-10 min discussion period. Please note the following
with respect to presentations:
a data projector and an overhead projector will be provided
we will also provide a Windows laptop that runs Powerpoint and
Acroread for presenters to use
alternatively, presenters can bring their own laptop if they
prefer
in either case, presenters should bring a USB memory stick with
their presentation as a backup
The page limit for the final versions is 9 pages (one more page
than the submitted version, so that authors have enough space to
address the reviewers' comments). This page limit includes data,
tables, figures, and references, etc. We recommend to follow the Coling
2008 style guidelines. Please make sure that your paper includes a
copyright statement as specified in the guidelines. Papers without an
acceptable copyright statement cannot be included in the proceedings.
Workshop Proceedings
The Coling conference CD will include an electronic version of the
workshop proceedings. If you want to purchase a hardcopy of the
proceedings, then please state this when registering for the workshop.
